These are a sort of modified \"water balloon\"

There are balloons that stretch out to 4 feet - you\'ll need 2. (You won\'t need that much for size; just for stability)

Fill with Hairgel. (I used roughly 650 ml per side to make a basic C cup) For extra safety, wrap each with an old nylon. Tie off with a square knot to simulate a nipple

and Bingo! So far mine have lasted for 6 months so far!
